Demonic Images OK, Cross and Bible Reference Not? A high school student in Tomah, WI is suing the school district after receiving a zero grade for an art project. The problem? He included a cross and biblical reference in a landscape drawing, in apparent violation of a class policy concerning content. The teacher states he "signed away his constitutional rights when he signed the policy at the beginning of the semester".

That particular assignment was for a landscape - it doesn't say whether the 'demonic' images (who is to say what is demonic) were used in the same assignment, or for a different one.
