A thirteen year old girl in Prattville, Alabama (near Montgomery) was given detention for hugging a classmate who was mourning the recent loss of one of his parents. Apparently the school's "Zero Tolerance" policy to prevent sexual harassment lawsuits gave the administrators "no choice."
