Woman sat in her assigned seat for 30 seconds to find herself covered in urine from a male passenger who relieved himself on the previous leg. She took her clothes off, wrapped herself in a blanket on the flight. Airline would not retrieve her luggage on arrival, claiming it's against federal regulations, so she had to walk through airport to baggage claim to get her luggage. Airline says they'll refund her ticket and for damaged clothing.

If they knew about it before hand (which seems to be the case from the article), then they should have stopped her from sitting in the seat in the first place
