Yep. The Court has once again established that grown women are victims and need to be protected from the bad decisions they make. Forget the fact that she was duplicitous in getting him to fork over $30K cash to pay part of her debt while hiding the full extent of her indebtedness. Imagine what kind of debt she could have run up with *his* credit to add to hers!
Damn straight he should appeal! I just hope he's thankful he found out about her lies *before* they got married. But wait... isn't that what an engagement is all about? Giving each other a little more time before the deed is legally done to make sure you're right for each other and getting your affairs in order for the marriage?
