That is stupid beyond belief. It's amazing enough that they held a trial and even more insane that he was found "guilty" of a crime for that.
What I want to know is how much money was spent on this foolishness? The DA ought to be fired for prosecuting this case.
"limited access public space"? Jiminy Cricket. I know inmates give up a certain amount of privacy when they go to jail, but this just seems ridiculous.
