I think the irony is thick here. Bush getting his name associated with sewage. The treatment plant cleaning up sewage to keep a city clean, and arguably safer, in a biologic sense. The issue of whether to memorialize or forget the worst White House occupant in history. A fitting story of Randy's newsletter.
