An announced proposal to build an orbiting hotel by 2012 reveals the guest rate to be $4 million for a three-night stay. The company director says they're still working on details of the bathroom facilities, though the shower concept appears feasible. The director also says that the guest cost includes a three-week training camp at a James Bond-like location. Financing for the plan is very secretive, and construction plans are still to be determined.
