Four firefighters shone their flashlights at a group of gays engaged in illegal activity on public property as they drove by. One of the gays complained, and the firefighters, who have 26 years of experience among them, have been disciplined, while no action has been taken against the gays involved in the illegal activity. Two firefighters have had to pay 1,000-pound fines, one has been demoted with similar financial loss, and one has been issued a stern written warning; all have had to take equality classes.
