I understand it is a little discomforting, maybe even not just a little.
But I don't quite understand his reasoning. The gravesite offered to move the wrong deceased or the man's mother to another grave or to bury him together with his mother, but none of these is good for him. Oh, yes, they forgot to promise him one million dollars, too.
(I guess I'm terrible for not feeling strongly with him, but for me it is quite unimportant where they bury my body after I've died. I don't feel anything, I don't know anything, whatever happens to my dead body, anyway.)
