Funny, my friends and I were just discussing surrogacy the other day, and they told me of a situation where the surrogate was NOT allowed to receive her sister's eggs, because they were TOO closely related! They ended up using the husband's sperm, and artificially inseminating the "aunt," who then carried with her own eggs . . .
This could lead to some interesting stories over the holidays, though . . .
