Alistair Preston has lost 20 stone (aka 127kg, 280 pounds), but now has an estimated four stone (25kg, 55 pounds) of excess skin he'd like removed. But he's still too fat per medical practitioners for the operation, but he'd be endangering his health to get down to the weight they think he should be to have the surgery. He's appealed and under psychiatrist's care. Cost of operation is 13,000 GBP ($23,850).
