Without getting into the pros and cons of the video surveillance, I do have to comment. I am our agency's lead instructor for Dependent Adult Abuse training (Randy will be, I am sure, familiar with the rules for his own state). What this husband did, at least in Iowa, would be a slam dunk for a founded case of Dependent Adult Abuse. "If she can't move, don't try out your groove." In a state licensed facility, such as this was, the laws are quite clear. Here, it is referred to as sexual exploitation. -- LT Don
