Robert Burck, aka NYC's Naked Cowboy, known for his hat, boots, guitar (and not much else), posing for tourist pictuers, is suing M&M maker Mars Inc for trademark infringement after Chute Gerdeman Inc (also a defendant) created an advertising campaign with the M&M character depicted as the Naked Cowoby.
