Proud mother posted video of her child on YouTube. There's a barely audible song in the background, but copyright holder Prince and Universal Music identified it as one of his purpleness' so issued a "Take Down" notice. Mom fought back and got the video re-instated on YouTube (mainly because the music mogul and corporation did not respond). Now she's taking them to court challenging the Take Down notice scenario claiming it's fair use; Universal Music claims they do not account for fair use when issuing Take Down notices.
