I agree with the folks who posted on the linked website. Where were the parents??? Why didn't THEY enforce a dress code at home? Bullying should not be tolerated, but to sue the school for failing to do what the parents should have done? Outrageous!
One of the posted comments on the linked website provides a link to a Newsweek article that is an excellent overview. As usual, what I think is cut-and-dried, has more backstory and more information.
