Atheist convicted of felony methamphetamine possession ordered to 12-step program as part of his parole. As it has religious connotations (dependence on higher power), he's suing the state for violation of his (anti-)religious rights. And he's alleging that he was thrown back in jail for complaining about not having access to a non-religious drug treatment program.
