3 year old DJ walked on Metro Transit bus when mother's attention was on 19 year old daughter and when she turned around son was gone, but they saw bus leaving the area. So they hailed taxi and followed the bus. Meanwhile, driver alerted police to meet the bus. Mom and son reunited, but child services has been called in to review the situation. Son was excited about riding school bus in the fall for a Head Start program.
