A man decides it would be funny to claim he was raped by a woman. After the police question him, he says it was just a joke - but the police arrest him for false reporting and search him. During the seach, they find drugs, so they charge him with possession, too. While left unattended, the man decides he'll just leave the jail. The police track him down, and charge him with escape as well.
