A White County, Tenn., sherrif's deputy was arrested for refusing to sign a traffic citation. The window tint on his car was too dark, but he had already paid one ticket for having window tint that was too dark, so he felt he didn't need to fix the tint!

One would think that a Law Enforcement Officer would know that you still have to comply even after paying the fine.
The fine is to ENCOURAGE compliance.
Oh well... Some cops can (and do) join Mensa.. Some DENSA (The 2% at the other end)

I'll bet he's not gonna be a cop much longer. We all know the consequences of not signing the ticket, and it's not like he hasn't been warned about the tint. As a deputy he should also realize that dark tinted windows not only interfere with his visability, they also put every officer that approaches that car in potential danger. (You can't tell if the person inside is complying with instructions or pulling a weapon on you.)
