A stupid man AND a stupid wife! I would not use a gun to make a hole in a wall. Even though it looks neat on the inside it probably does not look as neat on the outside. And why stand in the way of the bullet? If it had been me, I would have stood clearly out of the way.
Perhaps not so stupid, what better way to off your wife and get away with it. "I'm sorry officer I didn't know it was gonna kill her."
