Peter Glidden handed over his license and registration and then sped off from sobriety checkpoint nearly hitting officer. He was quickly apprehended, marijuana was found in SUV. He is facing "misdemeanor charges of driving while under the influence of drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and disobeying a police officer, as well as a felony count of reckless conduct."
