Tauntingly, man douses sheriff deputy's car (and the man) with beer (from inside his vehicle) and then flees, later resists arrest. Man wanted to be arrested after breaking up with girl friend. Thought it would just be a misdemeanor and he'd be out in a day. Now he's facing $30,000 bail, felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon, battery on a peace officer and resisting arrest, and could face a felony charge of evading a peace officer. Maybe they'll add having an open container in his vehicle.
