Mayor Cheye Calvo is furious and upset. County SWAT invaded his home looking for package of drugs shipped by dealers to unsuspecting victims, in this case the package was addressed to his wife. His two dogs were shot, his mother-in-law was forced to lie next to one dog. Maryland does not allow no-knock warrants; officers refused to produce warrant when Calvo asked for one and did not believe he was the mayor. He was upstairs dressing and forced to walk backwards down the stairs and cuffed (while only in his underwear). County never contacted city police about planned raid.
