Shaun Campbell's driver's license has been suspended 78 times. He was plastered on beer when he crashed head-on into a vehicle with a father and his young daughter. The Prosecutor has recommended the maximum sentence of 18 months in prison. His attorney will argue for a shorter prison sentence.
