One neighborhood is getting their collective panties in a bunch. For about two years, parents have found women's pantyhose -- usually black and usually queen size, sometimes used -- in piles near school bus stop. One mom picked up 43 pairs one day. Police have done some investigating, but as the only crime is littering, it hasn't been a high priority. Neighbors are considering surveillance cameras to help nab the culprit.
