Kaushal Niroula was trying to find funds to pay for his bail on charges of theft, conspiracy and fraud on an outstanding warrant. He took advantage of an elderly parent of a friend by stealing about two dozen pieces of jewelry valued at about $300,000. Now he's also facing theft and embezzlement of an elder or dependent adult charges, and being held as he's unable to bond out with $2,000,000 bail.
