The 6'3" 220 lbs. man facing gun charges, was not in handcuffs, and was being transported in the front seat of an ordinary passenger van.
The corrections officer, a 19 year veteran, didn't call for help, because she didn't have a radio or cell phone. She didn't pursue on foot, because the light was green and people were honking.
As of yet, no disciplinary action has been taken.
