A traffic camera captured a Philadelphia man "running" a red light, despite being part of a funeral procession with a police escort.
Even though the photo shows a police office presumably waving him through, the city decided to send a ticket anyway.
The city claims errors such as these are a "rare occurrence", but a local funeral director says he writes 40 to 50 letters a year trying to clear this sort of thing up.
